Return and Refund Policy

At C&C Enterprises Incorporated, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be granted.

Customers may request a return if:

• The item received is defective.
• The item received is damaged during delivery.
• The wrong item was shipped.
• The item is substantially different from the order confirmation.

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from receipt of the product.

Proof of purchase and supporting photos may be required.

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Including products under Chug & Chow such as:

• Pasalubong products
• Brownies
• Snacks
• Ice cream
• Other perishable goods

unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Including:

• Opened cosmetics
• Opened skincare products
• Personal care items

unless defective upon receipt.

Unless otherwise required by law.

Returned products must:

• Be unused whenever applicable
• Be in original packaging
• Include original accessories
• Include proof of purchase

C&C reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

Approved exchanges may be provided for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Shipping damage
• Incorrect product shipment

Subject to stock availability.

If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

• Banks
• Payment providers
• Credit card companies
• E-wallet providers

Processing may take between 7 and 30 business days.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests and subject to this policy.

Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products may not be cancelled once production or processing has begun.

Customers should inspect products immediately upon receipt.

If products arrive damaged:

1. Take clear photos of the package and item.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Provide the order number and supporting documentation.

Failure to report damage within a reasonable period may affect eligibility.

If a shipment is refused without valid reason, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any approved refund.
